We are also looking for ways to communicate more about what is happening behind the scenes. Honestly, that's probably where folks like myself can contribute the most to EVE Online.

Get a better testing department or offer some kind of incentive beyond "we're fixing things".
It's like if my mechanic said "hey, I'll fix your car but could you come in on saturday and give me a hand" um... no...

CCP, here's how it is.
I'm your paying customer. I give you money, you deliver a product. That's the way it works. I work between 8 and 16 hours a day (depending how close to milestone) doing QA for a AAA title. I am not going to come home, and pay for the privilege to do the same thing for you. You want our help? Give us a tangible reward.
A tangible reward is NOT "you're helping make this game better!" No, I already do that by paying for a currently broken game. Earn your business CCP.
